You can manage your subscription, payment method, and cancellation through the billing portal in your account. For a charge or refund question, include your account email, the date of the charge, and the receipt or invoice reference if available.

Interested in using a beat in a release, video, live performance, or another project? Send the track title or link and describe how you plan to use it. Include your release format and timeline so we can understand the request.

Streaming, downloading, or subscribing does not automatically grant commercial or exclusive rights. Confirm the applicable license with the rights holder before publishing. See our licensing terms.

For personal information requests or account deletion, write from the email associated with your DorBeats account and describe your request. We may need to verify your identity. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

If you believe a track, image, profile, comment, or message violates your rights or our terms, include its link or other identifying details, a description of the issue, and an email where we can reach you.

For a copyright concern, identify the original work, the material you are reporting, and whether you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf. Please send reports privately rather than posting personal information in comments.
