Terms of Service.

These terms apply to your use of the DorBeats website and its music library, upload, sharing, and community features. By using DorBeats, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 18, or the age of legal adulthood where you live, to create an account or purchase a subscription. You are responsible for ensuring your use of DorBeats is lawful.

Provide accurate account information and keep access to your email and sign-in links secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not share sign-in links, impersonate another person, or use another person’s account without permission. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Beats, recordings, compositions, artwork, and other content remain the property of their respective rights holders. Access to DorBeats, a paid subscription, or the ability to stream or download a file does not by itself transfer ownership or grant commercial, exclusive, synchronization, redistribution, or resale rights.

Before releasing, monetizing, sampling, remixing, or otherwise using a beat beyond listening on the service, obtain the rights holder’s permission and follow any separate written license. A license supplied with a specific beat governs the permitted use of that beat. If no license is provided, do not assume commercial use is allowed.

Questions about a particular track? Contact us with its title or link before you release your project.

You retain ownership of the content you upload. You must own that content or have permission to upload and share it, including any samples, performances, compositions, artwork, and personal information it contains.

You grant DorBeats a non-exclusive permission to store, process, reproduce, and deliver your content as needed to operate the service and carry out your visibility and sharing choices. This includes streaming public tracks to listeners and delivering privately shared tracks to the people you select.

Do not upload material you are not authorized to share. Keep your own backups. Removing content or changing its visibility cannot recall copies other people have already obtained.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. The price, currency, billing interval, and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Plan features and usage limits are described on the Pricing page.

You can manage your subscription and request cancellation through the billing portal available from your account. Cancellation ordinarily takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Contact us if you have a billing problem or want to request a refund; any rights to a refund required by applicable law remain unaffected.

We will communicate changes to existing subscription pricing before they take effect, including any cancellation options required by law.

Use DorBeats in a way that respects other creators and the service. Do not:

• Upload infringing, unlawful, threatening, or abusive material.
• Harass users, send spam, impersonate others, or expose someone’s private information.
• Bypass access controls, subscription limits, or security measures.
• Scrape or redistribute the music library without permission, upload malicious files, or disrupt the service.

We may remove content or restrict accounts when reasonably necessary to address violations, protect users, or comply with law. To report a problem or ask about a restriction, contact us.

If you use AI cover generation, you are responsible for your prompts and how you use the results. Do not submit confidential information or request content that violates someone else’s rights. Generated images may be similar to other images, and availability, uniqueness, copyright protection, or suitability for a particular use is not guaranteed.

DorBeats is provided on an “as available” basis. We work to keep it useful and reliable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every track or feature will remain available. We may update or discontinue features and will honor obligations that apply to paid subscriptions.

To the extent permitted by law, DorBeats is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the latest revision. We will provide notice of material changes where required.
